This is a rather unique blend, made with honey purely from Ling Heather blossoms, found on the moors of Scotland. Mixed with tarragon, basil and hops, the result is delicate and refreshing, but with a slight tang, mild sweetness and a hint of smokiness that isn’t overpowering. Perfect paired with light seafood, grilled chicken and dishes that combine lots of fresh herbs.
